Sunday dinner with Andi and her girls is an experience. This particular meal consisted of fricassee chicken, potato salad and fresh vegetables lovingly put together by the best cook I know – Andi. Sunday dinner signifies the time in which we gather together to relax after a busy week of work and school, giving thanks for God’s blessings. Sometimes we all participate in preparing the Sunday Dinner, but most often, it’s Andi. Thanks Andi.
